Classic Traveller, the start.

I did not grow up with Traveller, it wasn't until highschool that I encountered 3.5 for D&D; but when I grew bored of Pathfinder the Traveller name came unto my radar. At first I glossed over it as I've always been a medieval fantasist; but eventually my interest was hooked. I'm not sure what it was that pushed me over the line from fantasy to sci-fi; but when I did I had a choice to make. What version of Traveller? There was only one real answer for me, the original 1977 boxset; but that wasn't my first purchase. No, when I decided to go with Traveller memories stirred of a some books that I had seen in a not quite local FGS. From them I came into possession of The Classic Books and The Classic Supplements. After that I acquired the 1977 boxset which I adore. And the Starter Traveller booklets. The Judge's Guild GM screen, The Classic Games, Best of the Journal 1-4 and numerous pdfs. It's quite easy say I was a ready convert for Classic Traveller.
